Gallery Terms of Service
By accessing this gallery, downloading images, or ordering prints, you agree to the following terms.
Gallery Access and Availability
Client galleries are hosted through Pixieset and remain available for approximately 30 days unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for downloading their images during this time. While The Perkins Photography may retain copies of images for a limited period, long term archiving is not guaranteed. Once a gallery expires it may be permanently removed from the system.
Image Downloads and Storage
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their images. It is strongly recommended that images be backed up in multiple locations such as a computer, external drive, or cloud storage.
The Perkins Photography is not responsible for lost, damaged, or deleted files once images have been delivered through the gallery.
Personal Use License
Digital images delivered through this gallery include a personal use license. This license allows clients to download, print, and share the images for personal use.
Images may not be sold, licensed, submitted to contests, used for commercial purposes, or altered for resale without written permission from The Perkins Photography.
Copyright
All images remain the copyright property of The Perkins Photography. Purchasing digital images or prints does not transfer copyright ownership.
The Perkins Photography retains the right to use images for portfolio display, studio promotion, website use, advertising, social media, and professional competition unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Sharing and Social Media
Clients are welcome to share their images on social media. When sharing, crediting The Perkins Photography is appreciated. Images should not be altered, filtered, or heavily edited in a way that misrepresents the photographer's work.
Printing and Products
Professional quality prints and products are available directly through the gallery using professional photography labs.
Clients may choose to print their images through third party printers. However, The Perkins Photography cannot guarantee the color accuracy, cropping, paper quality, or final results of prints produced by third party labs.
The Perkins Photography is not responsible for print quality from external printers.
Gallery Comments and Notes
Clients may leave notes or comments on individual images within the gallery. This feature may be used for selecting favorites, requesting edits, or communicating about specific photos.
Image Editing
Images delivered through the gallery represent the photographer's final artistic edit. Additional editing requests may be considered but are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.
Liability
The Perkins Photography makes every effort to provide secure gallery access and reliable delivery of images. However, the studio is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control, including internet outages, platform interruptions, or third party hosting service disruptions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the gallery, downloading images, or placing orders, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
